The Web journal of a frustrated Religious Services Chair at a declining Conservative synagogue somewhere in the Northeastern United States. Abandon hope all ye who enter here and all that.

I look for inspiration to the depressing but very funny book Amen! The Diary of Rabbi Martin Siegel, which I recommend highly. As for Elisha Ben Abuya, you already know all about him.
